The Iowa Lakes Men's Basketball team moved to 5-1 on the season with a 96-88 win over William Penn's JV.
The Lakers were led by Equan Ards with 27 points. Also, scoring in double figures for the Lakers was Kevin Jennings Jr with 22 points, Solomon Clayton with 14, and Brandun Robinson with 10.
William Penn was led by DeMarcus Bonds with 26 points.
The Lakers will travel to Worthington on Saturday the 24th to take on Minnesota West. Tip for that game will be at 3 pm. They will return home vs. Dakota Wesleyan's JV on Monday the 26th. Tip for that game will be at 7:30pm.
