The Iowa Lakes Men's Basketball team moved to 12-6 on the season with a 75-65 win over Marshalltown. 

The Lakers had 5 people score in double figures. They  were led by Dillon Carlson with 17 points. Ryan Hall, Xzavier Jones, and Caleb Johnson each had 12 points. Jones the team in rebounds with 10. Keshawn Pegues added 10 points. 

Marshalltown was led by David Robert's with 13 points.

The Lakers were solid defensively in the game holding Marshalltown to 36% from the floor. The Lakers also out rebounded Marshalltown by 7.

Iowa Lakes Head Coach Troy Larson had this to say about the game "Its hard to win on the road. Marshalltown came out in the 2nd half and played hard and made us work for the win." 

Iowa Lakes will host Iowa Central on Wednesday. Tip will be be at 7pm. Iowa Central  is currently 6-11 the season. It will be the second meeting between the teams this season. Iowa Lakes won the first 100-76.I
