The Lakers were led by Dillon Carlson with 18 points. Caleb Johnson had 13, and Keshawn Pegues had 12.

 

Ellsworth was led by Adam Jackson with 31 points.

 

Iowa Lakes Head Coach Troy Larson had this to say about the game "We got off to a poor start with 4 turnovers to start the game, we weren't ready to go but guys responded and played much better in the second half. I am proud of the guys in how they handled this year with everything that has gone on with Covid. We have a great group of guys and I am looking forward to coaching them in the conference tournament."

 

The Lakers will host either Iowa Central or NIACC on Tuesday. Tip for that game will be at 7pm.
