Estherville, Iowa- The Iowa Lakes Men's Basketball team moved to 10-4 on the season with 108-68 victory over Fort Scott.
The Lakers were led by Jeremiah Burke and Ryan Hall with 21 points. Caleb Johnson had 15, Joseph Owens had 13, Johnathan Oden had 12, and Oz Meiborg had 11.
Fort Scott was led Donovynn Lewis with 19 points.
Iowa Lakes Head Men's Basketball Coach Troy Larson had this to say about the contest. "It's a good start to the new year, we handled their pressure, we executed offensively, we guarded them, and we rebounded the ball. It was a total team effort and I am proud of our guys tonight."
The Lakers will travel to Iowa Falls on Saturday where they will take on Ellsworth. Tip for that contest will be at 3:00 pm.
