The Iowa Lakes Men's Basketball team moved to 16-8 overall and 8-4 in Iowa Community College Athletic Conference play.
The Lakers were led by Ryan Hall and Jeremiah Burke with 19 points. Burke led the Lakers in rebounding with 16. Xzavier Jones and Johnathan Oden each had 14 points, and Caleb Johnson had 11.
Northeast was led by Evan Decker with 21 points.
Laker Head Men's Basketball Coach Troy Larson had this to say about the game, " It was good to see our guys get in a rhythm offensively. I am also proud of our guys for the way we competed on the defensive end and then how we rebounded the ball tonight."
The Lakers will host Kirkwood on Saturday. Tip for that game will be at 3 pm.
