The Iowa Lakes Men's Basketball team knocked off Kirkwood 70-63 to move to 17-8 overall and 9-4 in Iowa Community College Athletic Conference play.
Kirkwood was led by Dre Anderson with 14.
"That was a good college basketball game. We guarded hard and then took advantage of scoring opportunities when they presented themselves. I'm really proud of our guys and their effort today," said Laker Head Coach Troy Larson.
The Lakers will travel to Ft. Dodge to take on Iowa Central on Wednesday, February 16th. Tip for that game will be at 7:30 pm.
