Estherville, IA- The Iowa Lakes Men's Basketball team knocked off 8th ranked DMACC on Saturday 96-85 to move to 8-5 overall and 2-0 in Iowa Community College Athletic Conference play.
The Lakers were led by Isaiah Williams with 28 points, also scoring in double figures for the Lakers was Creighton Morisch with 22, and Anthony Holden with 19. Sam West led the Lakers in rebounding with 10.
DMACC was led by Jaron Crews with 22.
"Really proud of our guy's effort tonight. We guarded together. Creighton and Isaiah really got us going making shots early and Anthony Holden did a great job making plays when we needed him too late." Said Laker Head Coach Troy Larson.
The Lakers will return home Wednesday night when they take on ICCAC foe Northeast. The tip for that game will be at 7:30 PM.
