The Iowa Lakes Men's Basketball team advanced to the Semi-Finals of the Region XI tournament with a 68-54 win over Northeast.
The Lakers were led by Isaiah Williams with 17 points. Amiri Crowder added 14 points, and Jeremiah Burke and Anthony Holden each had 13. Burke led the team in rebounds with 10.
Northeast was led by Chaz Cullum with 19 points.
"Really proud of our guys grit tonight. We couldn't get anything going offensively but we defended and rebounded the ball," Said Laker Head Coach Troy Larson.
The Lakers will host Ellsworth tomorrow March 5th in the semifinals. Tip will be at 7pm.
