The Iowa Lakes Men's Basketball team advanced to the finals of the Region XI Tournament with an 84-75 win over Ellsworth. The win makes the Lakers 23-8 overall.

The Lakers were led by Isaiah Williams with 20 points. Creighton Morisch chipped in with 17 points and 13 rebounds, Jeremiah Burke had 15 points, Anthony Holden had 11 points, and Benard Omooria had 10 points. 

Ellsworth was led by Dior Davis with 25 points. 

"Really proud of our guy's effort tonight. We handled some adversity when Ellsworth stormed back into the game and were able to come up with the win." Said Laker Head Coach Troy Larson. 

The Lakers will take on Kirkwood on Thursday in the finals of the Region XI tournament. The winner advances to the NJCAA National Tournament. Tip for that contest will be at 7:30 pm in Estherville.
