"Our guys made a big bounce back from the struggles we battled in Joplin. We shaved 39 strokes off our 3 day average from the previous tournament. Highland Park (Mason City) was more forgiving than Twill Hills (Joplin) but you still have to play good golf to make birdies. I'm pleased with how much improvement there was I know we weren't satisfied with a 3rd place finish but there was a lot of positives to take away from the tournament. It just so happens that DMACC had a record setting day for their program. Congratulations to Coach Seaboch and their men's program, they tore the course up." said Coach Myers. "We head down to DMACC on October 9th with intentions of capturing our first team win this year."

Varsity Scores: Janlo Zaayman led the way for the Lakers with a 69(-3) T-4 finish. Christian Prambs was close behind with a 73 (+1) T-11. Chaturon (Mark) Buachan carded a 75 (+3). Kale Ladwig rounded out the counting scores with a 76 (+4). Breyden Johnson tallied a 91 (+19).
