SPENCER, IOWA

Joshua Wilson was named the ICCAC Athlete of the Week as well as NJCAA National Goalkeeper of the week. The kid from the land down under had an amazing game as he and the Lakers shutout #17 Iowa Central 4-0. Wilson made 7 crucial saves in the game, including a blocked penalty kick. Josh has a .800 save pct., 6 wins and a goals against average of 1.08.

"Josh has battled really hard this year, and it has shown in practice how good he can be. I thought he played a fantastic game against Iowa Central and he thoroughly deserves this recognition." Head Coach Ben MacRae.
