Pritchard has been a standout defender for the Lakers the past two years. The Welshmen has accumulated a very impressive resume of awards over his two years at Iowa Lakes.  As a freshman, he was named ICCAC First Team All-Conference 2017, and this year was named again to the ICCAC First Team All-Conference 2018, as well as the United Soccer Coaches All-East Region First Team.

"It's down to Coach MacRae and Coach Nolan's hard work during the season allowing me to perform at the highest level possible, my teammates around me made my task a lot easier in the back with their work ethic, it's not often I get proud of myself but this time I have and it's down to the coaches and teammates and to my mum for making my dream of playing soccer in the US possible." Adam Pritchard.

Adam is still undecided on where he will be attending school next fall, however he does have a lot of options and is excited for the future. He will return home over Christmas break and the remain in the United States over the summer playing in the NPSL or PDL leagues, to stay in shape for the fall season.

"Pritchey, will go down as a legend in Iowa Lakes Soccer. He truly deserves this honor and was an absolute pleasure to coach. I look forward to watching the rest of his college soccer career." Head Coach Ben MacRae.
