Iowa Lakes Return Home With Two Wins on Road Trip

Iowa Lakes Men's Soccer hit the road on Tuesday for back-to-back games against Iowa Central and Scott.

On Tuesday, The Lakers defeated Iowa Central 4-1 in a comfortable win. Center Back Eugenio Perez, who has started every game of the season, scored his first goal in the 20th minute from the service of Garbhan Feeney. Emiliano Cazares then made it 2-0 from the assist by Jeppe Toft-Hansen just a minute later. Garbhan Feeney then got on the score sheet in the second half from the service of Emilio Cazares. Ahmed Dosso scored his first goal of the season from the assist by Lander Gonzalez to give the Lakers their fourth goal.

On Wednesday, The Lakers faced Scott CC, where they won 31-0.

Iowa Lakes are now 8-2-2 on the season and 3-1-1 in conference play. The Lakers will host NIACC next, on Wednesday, October 11th, at 3:30pm CST.
