Iowa Lakes softball head coach Katie King has been named the ICCAC's Coach of the Year. King led her team to a 4th place finish in the conference this season with a conference record of 22-18 and an overall record of 24-22.
The Lakers were much improved this year and had a very strong showing at the post-season conference tournament. Four Lakers earned all-region honors: Lexi Chase and Eliya Johnson were both selected as 1st team while Kamryn Buntrock and Kailey Maksim received honorable mention.
