The Lakers fall at home to Northwestern JV 71-81.
The Lakers were led by Mia Wassink with 21 points, Anjanea Simms added 16 points, and Calynn Jackson added 15 points.
"I thought we struggled in the 1st half. We are struggling to put together two good halves right now. I thought we responded in the 2nd half and played our game. We are continuing to improve every day. We have to understand how important every possession is. We will get there. I believe in this team and really enjoy coaching them," commented Head Coach Ashley Martin.
The Lakers are 1-3 on the season and 0-0 in conference play. The Lakers return to action on Saturday, November 14th when they face Minnesota West at 1:00pm at home.
