The Lakers cruise past Ellsworth 74-47. The Lakers had five players in double digits. The Lakers were led by Lemia Ntor-Ue with 18 points, Marissa Ruiz with 14 points, Calynn Jackson with 13 points, Mia Wassink with 12 points, and Anjanea Simms with 11 points.
"A nice win on the road for our team today. I thought we had a very balanced scoring attack and shared the ball really well. We really attacked the glass on the offensive and defensive end. We need to continue to improve as we head into our last week of regular season play," commented Head Coach Ashley Martin.
The Lakers are 13-15 on the season and 6-6 in conference play. The Lakers are back in action on Wednesday, February 28th when they host NIACC at 5:30pm.
