Iowa Lakes Community College Head Women's Basketball Coach, Ashley Martin has announced Rachel Puok to the 2020-21 recruiting class. Rachel played for Des Moines East High School.

Puok averaged 12.1 points per game and 7.0 rebounds per game. She was a member of student government and Gear Up. She was also a member of National Honor Society.

"I picked Iowa Lakes because the coaches and staff members made me feel like this is a home away from home. I am also able to develop and extend my game to another level," commented Puok.

"Really excited to add Rachel to our program. She is a long guard that can score the basketball. She can really create for others as well. I look forward to seeing her game continue to improve," commented Head Women's Basketball Coach Ashley Martin.
