Iowa Lakes Women's Basketball player Beth Rehse signed her letter of intent to continue her collegiate career at Waldorf University, a NAIA level institution located in Forest City, IA.

Beth graduated in May from Iowa Lakes in education. Rehse helped the Lakers to a 40-21 record in her two years as a Laker. As a sophomore Rehse averaged  6.4 points per game and 5.7 rebounds per game. Rehse shot 32.6% from behind the arc and 73.1% from the free throw line. As a freshman Rehse averaged 5.7 points per game and 6.9 rebounds per game. Rehse earned ICCAC Academic All-Region Honors all four semesters at Iowa Lakes.

Rehse graduated from OABCIG High School in Ida Grove, IA in 2018. While attending OABCIG (Odebolt-Arthur Battle Creek-Ida Grove), Rehse was named 2nd Team All-Conference as a junior and senior and earned Honorable Mention All-Conference her sophomore year. Rehse was a 4-year letter winner and a 3-year starter for OABCIG, averaging 12.2 points per game and 8.6 rebounds per game in her senior year.

"I am very grateful for all the friendships on and off the court that Iowa Lakes provided me. I am so eternally grateful for every opportunity Coach Martin and Coach Ray provided me the last two years. I am excited to see what I can accomplish the next two years at Waldorf," commented Rehse.

"Very excited for Beth and her opportunity at Waldorf. I'm thankful to have coached Beth the last two years. Beth is an all-in kid and always put the team first.  I look forward to following her career at Waldorf," commented Head Women's Basketball Coach Ashley Martin.
