The Lakers earn the road win over Iowa Central 68-63. The Lakers were led by Jaeda Whitner with 21 points. Rachel Breck added 14 points and Rachel Puok added 10 points.

"Great team win on the road over a very good Iowa Central team. I thought our team fought through adversity and played so hard for 40 minutes. I'm really proud of their effort. We continued to believe and keep fighting even when things got tough. Excited to keep working," commented Head Coach Ashley Martin.

The Lakers are 6-7 on the season and 6-7 in conference play. The Lakers return to action on Saturday, March 6, 2021 when they travel to Cedar Rapids, IA to take on #1 ranked Kirkwood at 3pm.
