The Lakers finish the regular season with a 88-62 win over Ellsworth. The Lakers had 5 players with double digits scoring. The Lakers were led by Madison Hough with 17 points. Jaeda Whitner added 16 points. Rachel Puok with 13 points. Rachel Breck and Andrea Vazquez both added 11 points a piece.
"Great team win today. So proud of our team and how hard they have competed all season. This team continues to improve everyday. I thought we really got the ball moving on the offensive end and it was fun to see everyone get involved on the offensive end. This will give us some good momentum as we head into tournament play," commented Head Coach Ashley Martin.
The Lakers finished the regular season with an overall and conference record of 8-11. As the 5th seed in the conference they will take on the 4th seed Southwestern on April 6, 2021 at 5pm in Creston, IA.
