The Lakers, on their first road dual, defeated the Ellsworth Panthers with a score of 26-19.

The Dual started at 197 and the first win came in the next match as nationally ranked Mitchell Williamson's third period fall improved his record to 6-0 on the year.  Next, at 125, Karsten Johnson continued his early success as he pinned Carter Dennis-Littlefield in the first period to improve to 5-2 on the season. A closely contested match at 133 ended with Jeremiah Boykins winning by a score of 9-6.  The Panthers took the next for matches until Massoma Endene won by tech-fall at 174 by a score of 16-0. Logan Koedam Finished off the dual for the Lakers as his pin over Jared Landsperger sealed the win.
