The Lakers honored their five seniors, (Miah Brown, Kylah Cortez, Alyson Hagberg, Lynasia Moore and Jenna Thom) on Tuesday night before the match. They went out against a good Ellsworth team and ended up taking the second set 25-22. Ellsworth proved to have to much skill for the Lakers to win more. "It was a great night to honor the five sophomores and their commitment to the program. We battled really hard in the second and did a great job buying in to our systems and playing efficient," Said coach Erdman.

The Lakers are 1-31 and 0-8 in conference. The Lakers travel to Mason City to rematch NIACC for the third time this season. Looking to find a way to take a way off NIACC at 7:00 pm in Mason City.
