Lakers grab second win in tri at SWCC

The Lakers travelled to Creston to take on the Southwestern CC, and Highland CC - Kansas. They beat SWCC in 4 sets, and lost to Highland in 3. "The ladies came out with a ball of energy and jumped on Southwestern the first set. SWCC battled back and took the third but the Lakers hung on to win in four," said Coach Erdman on the first match. "The ladies battled hard especially in the third set but Highland had a very strong core of girls that we could not stop," said Coach Erdman on the second match. "It was great to get another win under our belt and now we have a chance for one more match to end our season on a positive note," said Coach Erdman.
