Juhl is a native of Estherville. She currently is a dance instructor at L’ecole la Danse in Estherville.  She obtained a Performing Arts Entrepreneurship degree with an emphasis in Dance from the University of Iowa. While at the University of Iowa, Juhl was a member of the Iowa Dance Team and selected as team captain her senior year.

As a senior in high school, Juhl was selected as a national instructor for the Universal Dance Association, and spent the next three years traveling the country teaching jazz, hip hop, contemporary, pom and kick classes to high school dance teams. She has performed at Disney’s Epcot Center, Universal Studios, Disney’s Magic Kingdom, Disney’s World of Sports, the Citrus Parade and halftimes of the Capital One and Outback Bowl games.

After college, Juhl served as a faculty member of the Norwalk Superstars and the National Dance Center. She has received numerous awards for routines she has choreographed and many of her students have been selected as National Dancer of the Year finalists.
