The Iowa Lakes Men's Basketball team moved to 21-8 and 8-4 in Iowa Community College Athletic Conference play with a 101-73 W over Kirkwood.
Kyle Beisch led the way for Iowa Lakes with 22 points and 6 rebounds, Dennis Joiner added 20 points and 8 rebounds, Streeter McIlravy added 15 points, and Tywon Bressler and Jaylon Tapplar each had 14 points. Joe Binyoti had 10 assists.
Kirkwood was led by Chris King with 25 points.
The Lakers shot 54% from the floor including 46% from 3 and out rebounded Kirkwood 46-36.
The Lakers will host Iowa Central in the first round of the Region 11 tournament on Tuesday. Tip will be at 7 pm.
