The Iowa Lakes Men's Basketball team moved to 9-2 on the season and 2-0 in Iowa Community College Athletic Conference play with a 79-69 W over Ellsworth.

The Lakers were led by Kevin Jennings with 30 points. Also scoring in double figures for the Lakers was Equan Ards with 12, and Solomon Clayton with 11. Clayton also led the Lakers in rebounding with 7.

Ellsworth was led by LJ Harris with 32.

The Lakers will host Marshalltown on Wednesday. Tip will be at 7:30pm.
