The 11th ranked Iowa Lakes Men's Basketball team moved to 15-3 overall and 4-1 in Iowa Community College Athletic Conference play with a 69-59 win over 3rd ranked DMACC.

Justin Brookens led the Lakers in scoring with 16 points, and 8 rebounds. Kevin Cook added 14 points and 8 rebounds, Keshawn Pegues has 9 points and 9 rebounds, and Dillon Carlson added 9 points.

DMACC was led by Ryan Schmitt with 17 points.

"We could have been better offensively tonight but we guarded hard and were able to come away with the win," said Laker Head Coach Troy Larson.

Iowa Lakes will return to action on Saturday, January 25 when Ellsworth comes to Laker Gymnasium. Tip for that game will be at 3 pm.
