The NJCAA 10th ranked Iowa Lakes Men's Basketball team moved to 21-4 on the season and 9-2 in Iowa Community College Athletic Conference play with a 111–102 win over Southwestern.

Iowa Lakes was led by Justin Brookens with 31 points. Brookens also dished out 7 assists. Xavier Evans added 22 points, Alan Kikwaki had 13, and Malcolm Clayton had 11.

Southwestern was led by James Kelley with 31 points.

Iowa Lakes will return for action Saturday, February 15 when they take on Marshalltown in Estherville. Tip for that game will be at 3 pm.
