Estherville, IA- The Iowa Lakes Men's Basketball team moved to with a 74-57 win over Southwestern.

The Lakers were led by Jhordan Ryan with 23 points and 19 rebounds, Jermaine Freeman added 12 points, and Thor Gilo added 11.

Southwestern was led by Donnary Fontenot with 18 points.

"Really proud of our defensive effort tonight. We held them to 24 points in the second half and outrebounded them by 15." Said Iowa Lakes Head Men's Basketball coach Jason McKinney.

The Lakers will travel to Norfolk, Nebraska on Wednesday where they will take on Northeast. Tip for that game will be at 7:30pm.
