Totheroh comes to Iowa Lakes after a 4 year playing career at Cornell College for head coach Dave Schlabaugh. While at Cornell, Totheroh was a Conference Champion in 2022, Conference Runner-Up in 2023, a 2x Ram Pride Award Winner and part of the winningest class in Cornell College history. Coach Totheroh graduated with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. Prior to Cornell College, Totheroh grew up as the son of a coach in Milford, Illinois where he was a 2018 State Champion and a 2x All-State selection. 

In 2024, Coach Totheroh worked as a camp instructor for Don Showalter at Snow Valley Basketball Schools with numberous NBA, Div. I, II, & III, and Prepatory School Coaches. 

In 2025, Coach Totheroh worked as a camp director for We Are Basketball Camps held on air force bases. He coached in 10 different states on 11 different Air Force Bases around the country. 

Totheroh is pursuing a Master's of Coaching & Education from the University of Ohio.
