The lakers opened up the national tournament on Sunday November 17^th against the 10^th seeded Morton Community College. The Lakers came to play, striking the back of the net first. Sophomore Keiji Segiura scored 59 seconds into the game on a brilliantly placed ball from sophomore Rudhan Feeney. The rest of the first half was quiet as was much of the second, until the 58^th minute, where sophomore Haruya Higuchi netted a loose, saved shot from freshman Rory Currie.

The Lakers will finish the group stage Tuesday November 19^thagainst 6^th seeded CCBC Essex at 3:00pm.
