We ran our regional meet at NAICC in mason city today. Our conference is incredibly fast so we knew we would need to run our best to accomplish what we wanted to.

Our women ran very tight today. We didn't run bad but we have definitely been running better the last few week. We were again led by Jadin Bezdicek placing 34th in 22:31 Kelsey Miller placed 46th in 24:23, Chelsea cave placed 47th in 24:39, Charli Miller placed 48th in 24:53 and Alesha Hanson placed 54th in 26:59. Our womens team will be competing at Natioanls in Wichita Kansas on the 12th.

Our men ran very well today. We were led by Nick Grandstaff placing 45th in a PR time of 29:22. Nick looked as relaxed and strong as he has all year and ran a very consistant race today. Andrew Tate placed 61st in a PR time of 31:15. Andrew looked really slow the first mile but he really dug deep to make that up the rest of the race. Kameron Rohwedder placed 66th in 32:01. Kameron was running with Nick at midrace but the pace got to him and he really tightened up late. Christian Cervantes placed 71st in 38:13. Nick, Andrew and Kameron will be competing in Nationals on the 12th
