The Lakers drop a tough one at DMACC 55-57. The Lakers were led by Mia Wassink with 12 points. Lemia Ntor-Ue and Marissa Ruiz both added 10 points apiece.
"Tough loss tonight. I thought our team competed hard for 40 minutes. Ultimately we turned the ball over too many times tonight. This team continues to improve every day," commented Head Coach Ashley Martin.
The Lakers are 6-10 on the season and 1-1 in conference play. The Lakers return to home on Saturday, January 20th when they host Kirkwood at 1:00pm.
