Iowa Lakes falls to Kirkwood 42-77. The Lakers were led by Breanna Wendland with 8 points.
"Kids played hard, we struggled to shoot it. We shot 22% from the field. Need to bounce back and finish out the first semester strong. We have our last game of first semester at Marshalltown. They will be ready for us," commented Coach Martin.
The Lakers are 9-4 on the season and 1-1 in conference play. The Lakers return to action on Wednesday, December 11th when they travel to Marshalltown, IA to take on Marshalltown.
