The Lakers head into the holiday break with a conference win over Southeastern 73-49.
The Lakers had three scoring in double digits. The Lakers were led in scoring by Jordyn Stokes with 18 points, Allo Wolff added 13 points and Paige Martin added 12 points.
Southeastern was led by Danajah Peterson with 29 points.
"Really happy for our team; a great way to head into the holiday break. We saw a lot of growth this season so far and continue to improve everyday. This group is very coachable and believe our best basketball is ahead of us. Looking forward to continue to work and improve," commented Head Coach Ashley Martin.
The Lakers are 5-8 on the season and 1-3 in conference play. The Lakers resume action after the holiday break on Wednesday, January 3rd when they travel to Boone, IA to take on DMACC at 5:30pm. The Lakers next home game is Wednesday, January 10th vs Ellsworth at 5:30pm.
