The Lakers fall to Northeast Hawks 45-64 as they head into Christmas break.  The Lakers were led by Ryale Mosley with 11 points.

Northeast was led by Aaliyah Jones with 23 points.

"Tough scoring night for the Lakers. I thought we played hard defensively and guarded really well. We can build on that. Overall, very proud of the 1st semester our team had. We play a very hard schedule and improved a lot. Excited to continue to work and improve," commented Head Coach Ashley Martin.

The Lakers are 6-10 on the season and 1-4 in conference play.  The Lakers take a break for the holiday season. The Lakers return to action on Saturday, January 4th when they travel to Creston, IA to take on Southwestern CC at 1:00pm. The Lakers next home game is Saturday, January 11th vs Ellsworth CC at 1:00pm.
