The Lakers win on the road over Waldorf JV 76-57. The Lakers were led by Gracelyn Deputy with 25 points. The Lakers had four players in double figures. Tayona Keys added 19 points, Paige Martin and Morgan Bednarek both added 10 points a piece.
Waldorf JV was led by Cloey Dmytruk with 17 points.
"Good team win on the road. Seeing a lot of improvement on our ball movement and execution on the offensive end," commented Head Coach Ashley Martin.
The Lakers are 10-12 on the season and 4-6 in conference play. The Lakers return to action on Wednesday, January 29th when they travel to Council Bluffs, IA to take on Iowa Western at 5:30pm. The Lakers next home game is Wednesday, February 5th vs Marshalltown CC at 5:30pm.
