Some of the Laker wrestlers competed in Worthington, MN and the MN West Open. Of those competing four were able to place in the top five. Steven Raines took 4th at 184 lbs going  2-2 on the day. Marcus Placide took 3rd at 184 lbs going 3-1 on the day. Terron Robinson lost first first match before winning three straight going 3-1 on the day and taking 5th place at 197 lbs.  Mitchell Williamson took 5th at heavyweight also losing his first match of the day before winning four straight going 4-1. The Laker wrestlers take on Ellsworth on Wednesday January 23rd at 7pm.
