The Lakers played in a non-conference match against the Trojans from North Iowa Area Community College and found success throughout the contest. The ladies had 6 shots on goal with 4 of them going in. The Lakers were led by freshman Ronniellia Bubb. Bubb had 3 of the 4 goals in the 4-1 victory over the Trojans.  Adding the final goal of the game was freshman Ana Zamorano. Sophomore Cayley Winters had 2 assists in the Lakers victory, as well as freshmen Ana Zamorano, and Stina Mathews, both had one assist in the game as well. The Lakers are back in action Saturday September 14^th in Council Bluffs against the Reivers from Iowa Western Community College.
