Iowa Lakes received two selections for First Team All-Region. Iowa Lakes was ranked in the NJCAA all season long and ended their successful season as Region 11 Tournament Champions.
Earning First Team All-Region were strikers Amelia Kimble and Ronniellia Bubb. Together these two partnered up front to score 46 goals, Kimble with 24 and Bubb with 22. Each also provided assists with five and nine respectively. Bubb and Kimble connected form the drop and became a lethal pair up front.
The Lakers had two more individuals earn Second Team All-Region honors. Sophomores Cayley Winters and Rania Nurr-Mecca. Winters played in 16 games for the lakers and had 4 goals and 11 assists totaling 19 points. Nurr-Mecca played in 19 games this season, scoring 11 goals and had 8 assists, totaling 30 points. Both Winters and Nurr-Mecca, showed a lot of growth and leadership throughout the season.
Finally for the Lakers, two ladies earned All-Region Honorable Mention honors, Mary Guirieolou and Amelie Prie. Prie played in 17 games had 7 goals and 3 assists for the Lakers, totaling 17 points. Guirieolou added an assist to the Lakers sheet, as well as brilliant leadership on and off the pitch.
