Maggie Jackson returns to swimming after leaving the sport in middle school to focus on basketball.  The 5'11" standout athlete found great success on the basketball floor, but decided to focus on her academics in college.  Jackson became friends with a number of the Laker swimmers this fall and they found out her swimming background and convinced her to give the sport another shot.  Jackson will be a huge help in the early season as sophomore Ashley Commens will be still be on the soccer field.  Jackson will focus on sprint freestye and backstroke events.
