The Iowa Lakes CC Volleyball team traveled to Waterloo and came up short vs Hawkeye CTC, losing 0-3 (22-25, 20-25 & 14-25).
Coach Mike Turnbull said "We competed well early in each of the first two sets but didn't close out at crucial stretches to finish. In the third set we never got anything going and the Redtails took full advantage."

The Lakers travel to Marshalltown, IA for a tri-match on Saturday, October 12th vs Marshalltown Community College and Dakota County Technical College at 1:00 & 3:00pm. The Lakers next home match is October 16th vs Kirkwood Community College at 7:00pm.
