"It this point in the season I was really hoping for passion and energy out of our players. We played okay but we were emotionally flat. I hope we bring a lot more enthusiasm and aggressive play in the nightcap versus Briar Cliff. This will be our last tune-up before the Ellsworth match on Wednesday to clinch a Region Play-off position," commented Coach Turnbull.

"Much improved effort in the second match. We now have move past our previous 38 matches. Our match at Ellsworth on Wednesday will determine whether or not we qualify for the Region Xl play-offs this weekend. Win and we are in. Lose and other things have to break our way. We have said since day one; "Luck is when preparation meets opportunity". We have a huge opportunity on Wednesday," commented Coach Turnbull.

The Lakers finish up the regular season this Wednesday when they travel to Iowa Falls, IA to take on Ellsworth at 7pm.
