Laker volleyball coach Mike Turnbull is proud to announce another addition to the Class of 2020. Hannah Main a Setter/Defensive Specialist from North Iowa H.S. in Buffalo Center, officially signed her letter of intent to enroll at Iowa Lakes CC and play volleyball in the fall of 2020.

           "Hannah is another outstanding addition to our 2020 class. On the court she was a captain for her team and a two time All-Conference player for North Iowa in the Top of Iowa West Division. This past fall she finished the season with 611 Set Assists [6.94 Per Set], 2.15 Digs P/S, Served 98% and finished with 34 Service Aces. She is versatile and according to her high school coach, Micah Peters is also an outstanding back row player.

Off the court Hannah is a member of the National Honor Society and FFA. She is also involved in Student Council, Choir, Theatre, and Speech. Along with being an outstanding student. We are looking to recruit kids who are excelling on and off the court with the hopes that they will continue to that here at Iowa Lakes. Hannah definitely fits the bill."

Hannah, who will enroll in the Vet Tech program was asked why she had chosen Iowa Lakes Community College, responded; "My childhood dream was to play college volleyball. Iowa Lakes is the perfect fit, both academically and sports wise. Can't wait to be a Laker!"
