Coach Turnbull has this to say about Hope, "We are excited to have Hope join our volleyball program and the Iowa Lakes community. I am very impressed with her passion on and off the court and the vision and plan she has for her future. I am thankful that Hope and her family have taken the leap of faith to take the huge step of coming to Iowa from southern California to continue her academic and athletic career. I like the fact that she will bring so much to the table besides just her volleyball skills. She brings the qualities of leadership, service, passion and commitment to success. All qualities we want in the young ladies in our program."

Hope will be joining three other incoming freshmen volleyball players in the Veterinary Tech program on the Emmetsburg campus.

When asked why she chose Iowa Lakes, Hope answered, "Coming to Iowa Lakes allows me the opportunity to study what I love and continue to play volleyball for the next two years."
