Iowa Lakes CC Volleyball Coach Mike Turnbull, proudly announces that Bailee Batterson a middle hitter from Albia, IA has recently signed a letter of intent to attend and play volleyball at Iowa Lakes Community College.

"Bailee is a 5'10" hitter who will graduate from Moravia Community High School later this spring. Bailee is a three year starter and was her team's offensive MVP her sophomore – senior seasons. She also excels in the classroom. Bailee has been on the A Honor Roll throughout high school. Bailee plans to enroll in the Veterinary Medicine transfer program.

"We are very excited to have Bailee joining us. I know making school choices and future plans during these trying times is not easy. I am elated that Bailee chose Iowa Lakes," commented Turnbull.

When asked about her commitment, Bailee responded, "I chose Iowa Lakes because they offered me a chance to play the sport I love the most while following my dream of becoming a veterinarian."
