The Lakers traveled to Boone to take on another ranked opponent in #12 DMACC. The Bears were very dominant in the match controlling serve pass with very aggressive serves, and attacking extremely efficiently. The Lakers got into ruts put on by DMACC's aggressive style and skill and couldn't work to get out of the holes. "DMACC played one of the cleanest games we've had to run up against this year. When a team plays this clean and is so skilled you have to match that efficiency and try to beat their scrappyness. We were not able to do that," said Coach Erdman.

The Lakers are 1-33 and 0-10 in conference. On Satuday, October 21st, The Lakers travel to Creston, Iowa to compete in a tri-match at Southwestern Community College. The Lakers play against the host Southwestern Community College at 9:00 am and Highland Community College at 11:00 am. The Lakers have three more chances to scratch another win in the box and look to scrap their way into that spot.
