We ran at Indianola at the Simpson College Bill Buxton Invite. The distances were nontraditional with our men running 6K and our women 4K in this event. Our men ran a very solid race and were again led by Nick Grandstaff placing 20th in 22:24 Kameron Rohwedder placed 21st in 22:41 followed by Andrew Tate in 24th in 23:33. Jake Oliver placed 29th in 27:13 and Rory Lindell was 30th in 28:14. Our men are showing improvement from last week and our conditioning is definitely getting better.
Our women were again led by Jadin Bezdicek placing 17th in 18:36 Chelsea Cave was 22nd in 19:25 followed by Charli Miller in 26th in 19:59. Our women ran very well but we still need to go out with the confidence that we can run harder and still finish strong.
We will run next Saturday at Dakota State in Madison SD.
