Cross Country wraps up season at Regionals

The men and women's cross country team traveled to Fort Dodge, Iowa on Sunday to run in the Regional race. The women ran a 5k course that was flat throughout the race. Sophomore Jadin Bezdicek led the way for the women once again finishing in a time of 25:30. Sophomore Chelsea Cave was right behind Jadin finishing in a time of 26:48.

Over on the men's side, sophomore Kameron Rohwedder was the lone runner. Kameron ran a tough race and really competed with the other runners. He finished the 8k course in 33:49.

"It was a cold day, but I thought we showed up and left it all out there. This was the final race for all three sophomores and they will be greatly missed. On behalf of Iowa Lakes Community College, thank you to the three of you for all of your hard work and dedication over the last two years," commented Coach Bruce.
