Beau Dalian – Iowa Lakes – Freshman – Third Base

Beau Dalian was seeing the ball well from the batter's box last week. Dalian tallied up six hits this week in 15 at-bats, for a .400 batting average. Four of the six hits this week were extra-base-hits (2 HR & 2 doubles), Dalian would also drive in eight runs and score six runs himself. The freshman third-basemen would also draw two walks in the five games played last week. Although Iowa Lakes would go just 2-3 last week, Dalian is looking to jump start this offense and get hot going into the back half of March and into April. The Lakers look to start conference play on the road against Northeast and Kirkwood this week.
